We are seeking an outstanding Estates Manager to take strategic and operational leadership of our estate across two city-centre sites. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who combines technical expertise with strong people leadership, excellent organisation, and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.

The Estates Manager will ensure that our buildings, grounds, transport operations, and site services are safe, compliant, well‑maintained, and future‑ready. Working closely with the Director of Finance and Operations, you will lead the estates, cleaning, and transport teams, oversee statutory compliance, manage contractors and capital works, and drive forward a culture of high standards, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
This is a hands‑on leadership role with real influence. You will play a central part in shaping the daily experience of pupils, staff, parents, and visitors, ensuring our facilities reflect the ambition and values of a school that consistently ranks among the top performers nationally.
