We are seeking an organised, proactive and relationship‑focused Co‑Curricular and Educational Visits Administrator to play a central role in coordinating the School’s extensive programme of clubs, activities, and educational visits.

We are seeking an organised, proactive and relationship‑focused Co‑Curricular and Educational Visits Administrator to play a central role in coordinating the School’s extensive programme of clubs, activities, and educational visits. This is a key position supporting colleagues across the School to ensure that all co‑curricular provision and trips are:
· well planned and efficiently administered
· compliant with statutory and school policies
· safely and effectively managed
· clearly communicated to pupils, parents, and staff.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external partners. They will bring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to improving systems, processes, and record‑keeping to support an exceptional pupil experience.

Renumeration
The salary offered will be attractive and will reflect the responsibilities of the post as well as the experience of the successful candidate.
Hours of Work
The role is 20-25 hours per week, term time only.
