An experienced administrator is required to work in a new and ambitious Music Department.
The role will require working closely with the Director of Music to assist his vision and support the 15 visiting music teachers with timetabling, allocating new students, co-ordinating calendar entries, exam entries, ordering equipment and music, liaising with parents, and assisting in rehearsals. The role will suit someone with musical training and an understanding of music education in schools.
Start date: 4th January 2026
Competitive Salary & Benefits Package: Dependent on skills and experience
Contract: Part-Time, Term Time only
Hours: 20 hours, 3 days on site
Location: Thomas’s College, Richmond
