We are seeking a proactive and welcoming Caretaker to help keep Boreham House running smoothly.

The School requires:

Caretaker

Salary: £26,208pa

40 hours per week, all year-round position

30 days’ holiday per year, including bank holidays

Discounted annual membership for New Hall Sport Club

Lunch without charge in term time

Excellent benefits & CPD

We are seeking a proactive and welcoming Caretaker to help keep Boreham House running smoothly. The role includes site security, fire officer responsibilities, event support and creating a friendly first impression for our visitors. You will also play a key part in cleaning, general maintenance, traffic direction and keeping the site safe, tidy and inviting for everyone.

Boreham House offers an exceptional working environment, in a stunning Grade I listed building that was originally part of the New Hall estate. The main approach to Boreham House runs alongside a tree-lined canal, which is part of a Grade II registered park & garden. With a staff of around 300, New Hall is a warm, welcoming and supportive community.
