We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Science teacher, with the preference for chemistry teacher to teach across KS3 and KS4 within our highly successful Science Department. Reporting to the Head of Science, the successful candidate will be passionate about inspiring young people and delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

Our school offers a supportive and welcoming environment, excellent resources, well-equipped air conditioned laboratories, with fantastic technician support and a specialised science teaching assistant. The school has extensive outdoor facilities that enhance our broad and engaging science curriculum. Our department are very proud of the fantastic results: combined science 56% 9-7, 100% 9-4, separate chemistry 56% Grade 9, 97% 9-7. We have good links with industries in the area and have trips and visitors providing enrichment and science beyond the classroom for pupils.
