Estates Team Supervisor

Thomas College is set to open in September 2025, and we are seeking an experienced and proactive Estates Team Supervisor to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the campus.

This role suits someone with a strong technical background in maintenance who can also manage daily operations and support a small team. The Estates Team Supervisor will oversee routine legislative checks, respond to reactive helpdesk requests, and coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM). They will allocate tasks to the maintenance team and work closely with both internal staff and external contractors.

While administrative duties will be light, they will include tasks related to compliance, event coordination, and site setup. This is a hands-on role, and the Supervisor will liaise regularly with the Director of Estates, academic, and support staff.

We’re looking for a flexible, professional, and dynamic individual who can balance leadership, technical duties, and teamwork to help establish an efficient and reliable estates function at this exciting time for Thomas College.
