Job Title: Key Stage 2 Teacher & Head of English

Kew College Prep is a thriving and forward-thinking UK Independent Prep and Pre-Prep school. We are seeking an exceptional Key Stage 2 Teacher with the vision, expertise and passion to also serve as Head of English. The Role

As Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

• Teach an enthusiastic KS2 class, delivering high-quality, imaginative and inclusive lessons

• Foster a nurturing, purposeful environment where children thrive academically and personally

• Contribute fully to the wider life of the school, including clubs, trips and enrichment

As Head of English, you will:

• Lead the strategic development of English from Years 3–6

• Support and coach colleagues to deliver outstanding literacy provision

• Oversee curriculum design, assessment and progress tracking

• Promote a vibrant reading culture across the school, working closely with the Library and pastoral teams

• Organise English events, competitions and enrichment opportunities

About You

We are looking for an inspiring teacher who brings energy, expertise and a creative spark to the classroom. You may already have leadership experience—or you may be an ambitious, high-performing teacher ready for the next step.
