Saturday Swim School Supervisor

We are looking for a Swim School Supervisor who will be responsible for the administration and management of the Saturday Swim School, overseeing its smooth running on Saturdays, and contributing to its expansion in the forthcoming year.

Dulwich Prep & Senior is an exciting place to work. With over 800 pupils, it has been the largest boys’ prep school in the UK and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the world’s most cosmopolitan city. We are excited to launch our senior section this September, and boys will now be able to stay with us until GCSE.

We are looking for a Swim School Supervisor who will be responsible for the administration and management of the Saturday Swim School, overseeing its smooth running on Saturdays, and contributing to its expansion in the forthcoming year.

The Saturday Swim School runs term time only, for 30 weeks/year, from 7.30am to 12.00pm. On average, there will be half a day of administration each week during term time (35 weeks/year).

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising the Saturday Swim School programme, working poolside for the day, managing the Swim School staff, and working to expand the Saturday Swim School provision. Previous experience as a swimming teacher or coach and a Level 2 ASA Swimming Teacher qualification / Coaching Certificate (or equivalent) is essential. A current Rescue Test for Teachers (NRASTC) and/or National Pool and Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) would be advantageous.
