We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Class Leader to lead the provision of our Fledglings (Two-Year-Old) classes during a period of maternity leave.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is passionate about Early Years education and confident in leading a team.
In this leadership role, you will guide and support staff, ensuring day-to-day organisation, routines and staff ratios run smoothly. You will take responsibility for the pastoral wellbeing and developmental progress of the children, and you will champion high-quality practice by creating a caring, stimulating and purposeful learning environment in which every child can thrive.
We are looking for a warm, confident and skilled professional who brings an excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum, strong safeguarding awareness, and the ability to lead others with clarity and positivity. You should have strong IT literacy, be reflective in your approach, and be committed to continuous professional development. A full and relevant Level 3 qualification is essential.
