This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education to join our vibrant Early Years team in one of our Fledglings (2-year-olds) Rooms from September 2026.
As part of our Early Years section, you will play a key role in creating a caring, supportive and stimulating environment - both indoors and outdoors - where children feel confident and develop positive attitudes to learning. You will act as a key person for a group of children, nurturing strong relationships with them and their parents / carers.
We are looking for someone who brings warmth and professionalism, with strong communication skills and an excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum and safeguarding procedures. A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is essential.
