Salary info £14,850.00 - £16,165.00 per annum
(Pro-rata of £25,829 to £28,110). There is an additional annual allowance of £2,500 in consideration - Tenure: Part-time

We are seeking to appoint a helpful, motivated and team focused individual to assist and support the facilities team with the daily preparation and maintenance of the whole school site, on a part-time basis.

We are seeking to appoint a a helpful, motivated and team focused individual to assist and support the facilities team with the daily preparation and maintenance of the whole school site, including Early Years, sports pavilions and the swimming pool. Duties include meeting and greeting facility hirers, completing basic maintenance tasks, including sweeping, leaf blowing, and other general duties. They will having a flexible approach, willingness to adapt and being able to respond to priorities and will welcome challenges and meet them with enthusiasm.
The successful candidates will be able to share knowledge and information with other members of staff to promote good practice and work independently whilst consistently striving to maintain a high standard of work. A full UK driving license is essential and a basic knowledge and aptitude for handyman tasks with an interest or experience in gardening is advantageous. The ability to drive a mini-bus would be helpful.
Working hours will be:
- Saturday – 7.00am to 6.00pm
- Sunday – 10.00am to 4.00pm or 9.00am to 3.00pm
- Monday – 1.00pm to 10.00pm
There is an additional annual allowance of £2,500 in consideration of the unsocial working hours
