This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Hospital School as an ELT Administrator, supporting the Executive Leadership Team and playing a key role in the day-to-day operation of a forward-thinking and ambitious school.
The Royal Hospital School is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for 11-18 year olds, providing an outstanding, full and broad education enriched by a unique naval heritage and fit for the modern world.
Founded in 1712 in Greenwich, London, it moved to its spectacular site, set in 200 acres of Suffolk countryside overlooking the River Stour, in 1933.
The School has continued to develop its spectacular purpose-built site and grow in size and reputation to become one of East Anglia's leading independent schools.

Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Hospital School as an ELT Administrator, supporting the Executive Leadership Team and playing a key role in the day-to-day operation of a forward-thinking and ambitious school.
The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders, including diary management, correspondence, minute-taking, and logistical support for meetings, events and school initiatives. This varied role requires a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
You will work closely with a wide range of colleagues across the school, supporting the delivery of key projects, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and contributing to a high standard of communication both internally and externally.
