Science is taught as a combined subject at KS3 and then as separate subjects at GCSE and A-Level. Approximately 25% of the GCSE cohort follow the Triple Science option route at GCSE, with the rest following the combined science award. At A-Level, all Sciences attract at least one class set of students in both the Lower and Upper Sixth.
Applications are invited for the position of Teacher of Physics to support the Head of Science in ensuring high standards of delivery of the subject at KS3, KS4 and KS5. The successful candidate will therefore, be a dynamic and inspiring teacher who has a proven track record of excellent teaching and experience of teaching Physics A Level.
