They will be at the centre of ensuring that pupils truly achieve their full academic and character potential through an innovative curriculum and a wealth of experiences and opportunities for our students that fundamentally align with our positive culture at the school.
Lead and support the teaching staff to be their best in all aspects of their roles as excellent and inspiring professionals.
The emphasis will be on using leadership and management skills to make things happen and it is expected that some of these responsibilities will be delegated to and shared with relevant colleagues.
