The Opportunity
We are seeking two enthusiastic and creative teachers to join our thriving Key Stage 2 department. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a school that values innovation, inclusivity, and the professional growth of its staff. We are happy to consider applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).

Key Responsibilities
Nurturing Pedagogy: Apply a nurturing approach to classroom management, ensuring every child feels safe and ready to learn.
Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring high standards of attainment.
Assessment: Use formative and summative assessments to track pupil progress and set ambitious targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with year-group partners and TAs to share resources and contribute to the wider school community.
Person Specification
Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Expertise: Deep knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.
