We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative teacher to join our thriving Key Stage 2 department. Key Responsibilities
Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners, ensuring high standards of attainment across the KS2 curriculum.
Assessment: Use formative and summative assessments to track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and setting ambitious targets.
Classroom Environment: Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment that encourages pupil independence and a love for discovery.
Collaboration: Work closely with year-group partners and TAs to share resources, moderate work, and contribute to the wider school community.
Person Specification
Qualifications: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Expertise: Deep knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies.
Attributes: A resilient, empathetic, and organized professional with excellent communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
