Alleyn Court is seeking to appoint additional members to its Board of Trustees. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas: SEN & Education Compliance, Marketing, Legal & Fundraising.

Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
School Overview:
• Alleyn Court Preparatory School is a welcoming and caring school, offering a broad curriculum with a strong emphasis on various subjects such as Music, Art, French, Drama, PE, and Games, all taught by specialists.
• It is set on a 16-acre semi-rural site with ample facilities, including playing fields, a sports hall, tennis courts, and two wooded areas (including a Forest School), alongside a pond and a Tudor walled garden.
• The school values a high adult-to-student ratio, providing great support through Learning Support Assistants.
Trustee Body:
• Currently consists of 6 Trustees with a diverse set of professional backgrounds, including alumni.
• Trustee roles are voluntary and require enhanced DBS and full clearance checks.
Ideal Candidate:
